In yesterday’s game of the week a very vocal crowd was on hand to see the Girls Varsity Soccer team crush the Seahawks with a 4-2 victory with goals by Vanessa Campos and Sarah Ralston each having a goal and an assist along with more goals by Kelly Almazan and Michelle Campos. Sophia Nguyen and Ashley Orduno also had assists. Our Girls JV soccer team defeated Oceanview Seahawks 2-0. Goals scored by Eliana Rodriguez and Paola Barrera. Well done teams!!

 

End of the semester stressing you out? Do you want to melt away your stress from finals?! Then COME JOIN US FOR THE WINTER DANCE- ELECTRIC SNOW! The dance is FRIDAY January 26th from 8-11pm in Buckingham Square. Tickets available in the finance office FOR THE LOW LOW PRICE OF $10 with ASB and $15 without! GUEST ARE ALLOWED with approved guest contracts. Turn in guest contracts to supervision by Wednesday, January 24th! Tickets are onsale NOW!!!!

 

Attention Junior/Seniors, there are a few ROP classes free to enroll for spring semester. Please come to the College/Career Center to pick up an ROP spring class listings.

 

Westminster High School students! Math Club will be having their first meeting of the year in room N-12 at lunch. Want to study for your math final? Need help understanding a chapter? Come by with your textbook and receive help!

 

Attention all boys interested in playing Volleyball this season. There will be a mandatory meeting today at 3pm in the PE Classroom. All paperwork and tryout information will be discussed so don’t miss out!!

 

Link Crew’s annual COCO AND CRAM STUDY SESSIONS are back lions! ALL freshmen are invited to come out on Monday the 22nd through Thursday the 25th to the student cafeteria after school. Hot coco and snacks are free and Chromebooks and textbooks will be provided! Monday and Tuesday swing by anytime after school until 4 pm and Wednesday and Thursday stop by after school until 2 pm.Don’t forget your freshmen ID. See you there!

 

Did you know that we have had more cases of the flu this year in Orange County, than in the last 5 years? It is a very dangerous virus. So don’t share your food or drinks with friends and if you have had a fever in the last 24 hours, please stay home until it is resolved!

Seniors, if you failed to order your Cap, Gown, Tassel and Graduation Announcements and Senior Remembrance items at school you may still order direct to the Company by mail or online until Friday, February 2nd. Extra ordering packets are available in the Activities Office. This will be your last chance to order these items.

Please come to Mr. Newton’s room today at lunch or after school in Room T-19 to sign up for Golf Team and obtain essential information. Golf season is almost here.
