Attention Students! College Information Night is Tuesday, 3/20 at 5pm in the Globewest Theater. At this event you will learn about college admissions requirements such as A-G courses, college entrance exams, financial aid and so much more. See you at our College Information Night on Tuesday, March 20th at 5pmat our Globewest Theater. Come with a parent!

 

Make-A-Wish Club is hosting a toy drive throughout this month to bring joy to children with life-threatening conditions at CHOC Hospital! There will be a prize for the person who donates the most. Toys can be dropped off in room G3!

 

Hey Freshmen and Sophomores, do you want to go to college but need the guidance to get there? Do you need FREE after school tutoring? Do you want to go on FREE college field trips? Then stop by the Career Center today to sign up or learn more about the Upward Bound program. We do have limited spots left so don’t wait!

 

Hi Freshmen! Link Crew has changed the date for The Freshmen got Talent, Talent Show. There were some timely issues, so the talent show will be held March 16, Friday from 6:30 to 8:30. We will be selling yummy Elotes as well. We promise you’ll have fun! If you have already signed up, or want to sign up last minute, come by K1 during lunch from Monday through Wednesday. Don’t be afraid to come by. Freshman only!!

 

ATTENTION FRESHMEN!  Want to relieve some stress from class and just have a fun day out with your friends? Well, come out to our Glow in the Dark Mini Golf Maze! It’s free and a great way to have fun and chill with your friends.  Doors open at 3 o’clock on March 23rd in the school gym!  Make sure you save the date!

 

Hey Lions! The Risen Christian club will be meeting this Thursday at lunch in room N-12 and we would love to have you join us! Pizza is provided so you don’t need to take time to buy your lunch, just come!

 

Want to give back, but not sure how?? Well now you CAN!!!! The 1st ANNUAL District wide Canned Food Drive competition continues now until March 23rd. Schools from around the district will be competing to see which school can donate the most cans. Continue bringing those cans to your 4th period class for a chance to win a pizza party! Let’s show the other schools our lion pride and reach our goal of 10,000 pounds. We CAN do it Lions!!!!!!!

 

All campus CLUBS wanting to be in this year’s Yearbook need to send us a photo along with the names of the people in along with a 50-75 word description of this year’s activities. As of Monday we have room for 7 more clubs and it’s first come, first serve.

Hey lions!! There’s a Habitat for Hunanity meeting TODAY in L1 so be sure to stop by for information on upcoming events!

Want to win big prizes by simply having fun with your friends? Come to VACC’s March Madness Bonding this Friday at 4pm.Everyone is welcome!

 

WHO will be the next Mr. Westminster and winner of this year’s talent show??? Find out at at the Mr. Westminster/Talent Show on March 22nd from 7-9 in the WHS gym. Tickets go on sale this TODAY! Presale tickets are $5 and $7 at he door. Want to get in for free?? Then bring 20 cans of food to donate at the door and admission is FREE. You don’t want to miss out!

 

You’ve heard them singing at assembles, in the classrooms, and in the halls! Our very own Abbey Singers! Do you think you got what it takes to sing with Abbey Singers? If so come to the choir room to learn what to prepare for auditions on Monday, March 26th after school. You do not need to have been in choir to audition.

 

Attentions FFA Members! If you are a student that is attending the 90th Annual California State FFA Convention, there will be a parent meeting today at 6:30pm at the farm! Failure to show up, may cause your spot to be replaced, so please be sure to attend with your parents! We hope to see you there!

 

Attention students! If you are selling bracelets for the Pulsera Project, remember that you must turn in the money by Friday the 16th! You must bring in the money or bring back the bracelets! All bracelets need to be accounted for by Friday the 16th!! See Mrs. Becerra in F6 if you have any questions!
