Good Morning Lions!

R – Read and write daily.

On September 18, 1810 Chile held a meeting that eventually led to their independence from Spain. It was a struggle that lasted 8 years, but on February 12, 1818 Chile was finally proclaimed an independent nation and today they celebrate the beginning of their independence with plays that portray what it means to be chilean, fireworks and festivals throughout the country. Feliz dia de independencia Chile!
