Congratulations to the girls varsity soccer team in their 8-2 victory over Whittier Christian. The Lions were hungry with 8 goals in the first half as Zoe Sarun and Jordan Galvin each scored 3 goals and split 5 assists. Victoria Pham also had 2 goals and an assist and Michelle Campos and Kady DeGuzman each had assists. Great job girls!
Congrats to the Mighty Lion Wrestling Team this past weekend. They went 5-1 at the Tustin Duals only losing to the top team in CIF. Come out next Wednesday and help cheer on the Lions to a league title as they wrestle Godinez in a highly contested battle.

Hey Lions! This is the last week for our Season of Giving, so donate as much as you can to help our community! Help us reach our goal of 15,000 pounds! If your 4th period class donates the most items, you’ll get a pizza party! Also for teachers, your departments are going against each other, so encourage your students to donate to get your department a free lunch! If you’re donating items to your favorite club’s collection, turn those items in at G1 during lunch! Let’s go Lions!

Want to give back to your community? Want to give back to children in need? Then, be sure to donate toys in the boxes that are in the library, office, and various classrooms all around campus as Red Cross will be having their annual toy drive where toys will be donated to the local fire station for their Sparks of Love toy drive! This toy drive will be going on until next Friday, Dec. 21st. Donate a toy to make a difference!
