Use this form to apply for a new curricular club or renew an existing curricular club at Westminster High School. Students are encouraged to contact the ASB Advisor, Assistant Principal of Activities, or another Activities Office staff member if they need help completing the application.
Please list the names and ID numbers for the students in the following positions:
A certificated staff member must serve as the official club advisor and be present at all club meetings, activities, and fundraisers. A classified employee may serve as a co-advisor but does not replace the official advisor.
New clubs may recruit members at Club Rush after receiving approval. After Club Rush, all clubs must maintain at least 10 members who attend meetings regularly. Grade-level restrictions must have a curricular, program, or role-based purpose.
Active clubs must meet at least once each month. Meeting minutes must be recorded and submitted monthly to the ASB Minister of Clubs.
Donations are voluntary and cannot be required for membership or participation. Approval of this club application does not constitute approval of a fundraiser. Each fundraiser requires a separate Fundraiser Request and prior approval.
Every new and returning club must submit a current constitution. Use the WHS Curricular Club Constitution Template to ensure that the required articles are included.
