Class of 2025 Information
May 2025
Dear Parent/Guardian and WHS Seniors:
Springtime creates a great deal of anticipation and excitement for our seniors. As we look ahead to the end of the school year, the success of these events, including graduation, depends upon your understanding, cooperation, and support.
Please review the following requirements and information to ensure all students can successfully participate in their Senior Activities.
Because senior activities reflect the pride of WHS, violations of school and district policies, and any senior pranks, will be dealt with immediately and may jeopardize your student’s further participation in any remaining activities, award programs, and/or the graduation ceremony. The following requirements and rules are expected to be followed by all WHS seniors who intend to participate in our graduation ceremony:

GRADUATION GUIDELINES
This commencement ceremony provides the school and community an opportunity to recognize the academic achievement of our school’s graduates. Although joyous in nature, graduation is a formal occasion that is rooted in years of tradition representing a meaningful rite of passage from childhood to adulthood. It is our intent that the ceremony will proceed smoothly; however, should undignified acts detract from the importance of the occasion, participants and or spectators will be removed by WPD and or HBUHSD campus security. Please help us celebrate our students in an appropriate manner by abiding by the following rules and expectations:
