Financial Aid
AB469: FAFSA or CADAA Requirement for Seniors
All seniors must complete the FAFSA or CADAA during their senior year, unless they choose to opt out.
Completing a financial aid application is highly encouraged to ensure students get the most financial support possible.
Why Complete the FAFSA?
- Free tuition at local community colleges through the Promise Program
- Access to low-interest, fixed-rate unsubsidized loans (often better than private loans)
- Flexibility to appeal for more aid if your family’s financial situation changes
- Ensure you don’t miss out on available financial aid!
Opt-Out:
If you decide to opt-out from completing the FAFSA or CADAA, you must complete the opt-out form below and submit it to The Guidance Department
